First stinct (2000-2006)
When Perez started his first stinct as Real Madrid President he had an idea , sort of ambition to make Madrid the destination for all the larger than life players out there , bring them all under a single umbrella hence nothing can go wrong because you have players after players who can dug you out of any situation.

Second stinct (2008- )
No matter who came after Perez they couldn't match what he could offer. He started his second time with promise of more aggressive transfer policy and by the unveiling of Manuel Pellegrini who had the bad luck for getting record points and still felt short of the Perez ultimatum of one trophy atleast. Next came Mourinho who was the perfect antidote for Guardiola steam roller , proving it by winning Real Madrids 32 th title in as many as years .The players who are playing or played for him ranges from Cristiano Ronaldo , Kaka , Ramos who was recruited by by Perez during his first time , Karim Benzema , Xabi Alonso , Ángel Di María, Sergio Canales, Pedro León, Ricardo Carvalho, Sami Khedira , Mesut Özil , Gareth Bale , James Rodríguez , Isco , Luka Modric, Tony croos . In between these rush of transfers Carlo Ancelotti came and gifted Real their La decima champions league. Only insignificant purposeless act of Perez Era came next in form of Rafael Benitez whose only contribution was being fired midway to help Real get a coach like Zidane

Considering valuable aspect of the two era we can say that Perez is more mature person second time or a guy with a golden touch, even if he has his downs he most certainly have his ups and considering the Real team nowadays and the opposition they are facing nowadays this team has a far better unity than ever before. It is also a likely scenario that no club in the world are yet challenging them in quality or mentality . When it comes to winning they are the best at it atleast for the foreseeable future. The danger to all other clubs is not Real Madrids current form but the fact that Perez is still there
